History

Silver Grove was founded in 1911 as a railroad town in Campbell County, Kentucky, along the Ohio River. With a population just over 1100, Silver Grove has 400 local residences and a K through 12 School System. We're 10 miles and just minutes from Downtown Cincinnati, Ohio. Within a short drive from Silver Grove are interstates I-471, I-75, I-71, and I-275. Riverbend Music Center, the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals, and Cyclones are a stone's throw away. We're close to public libraries and Division 1 Northern Kentucky University.

With a business-friendly atmosphere, Silver Grove hosts over twenty small businesses within its 1.2 miles of land mass. These include restaurants, day care, and the world's largest drywall manufacturing plant. We also have a Post Office, volunteer fire department, and three churches located within the city limits. Within a short distance are churches to accomodate most all faiths. A newly renovated park, with a ball field and pavilions, is available to handle your recreational needs.
